Strange repeller

Northeast Socked by Snowstorm; NYC Sets Record, but here in the Albany area, we get off with a couple of inches. It’s uncanny how often the snow belt storms veer off before we get hit, and leave us with only glancing blows. Go 100 miles in a couple different directions, and you’re looking at two feet of snow. If weather is chaos, maybe we are a strange repeller.
