Procrastination illuminated
March 22, 2007Being a pretty serious procrastinator (hey, I once wrote a section of a chapter of a book called “The virtues of procrastination”), I’ve read a lot of crap over the years about procrastination and how to avoid it. (Item #1: Don’t blog. Oops.) But the best and funniest bit on procrastination ever is this bit (”pro-cra“) from one of my favorite time-wasters, the show with zefrank. (Pretty much the only “video blog” I’ve seen that really seemed worth watching.)

In the spirit of procrastination…
a) Funny guy, well written.
b) Is it me or is it really tough to look at his face? Nothing against his face, just too close or intense or unblinking (remember Gen. Wesley Clark?)
c) Imagine if we could bring back Thomas Jefferson and show him what the future is like by showing him this? It would be like asking a person blind since birth to analyze an MC Escher drawing.

Sorry, c) should have said blind since birth due to occluded lense–then sight instantly restore lens, but leaving visual cortex having never been wired up for processing lines and stuff.
